1-Day Trip to NYC
The 2020 Spring Trip will be a 1-day trip to:
New York City
Sunday, April 5, 2020
Cost: $275 per person
Registration information is extended until Feb 28 and the initial deposit is due no later than Feb 28.
** We only have room for the first 50 registrants.
The cost of this exciting trip includes:
- Bus transportation to and from NYC
- Tours at Top of the Rock and Radio City Music Hall
- Lunch at the food court at Rockafeller Center
- Frozen the Broadway Musical
- Sit down dinner
Approximate times: 6am departure and 11pm return.
**Important Notes: Because the Music Boosters will be financially obligated on your behalf, the non-refundable deposit will only be returned in the event that the trip is canceled by the South River Music Boosters.
Registration has been extended until 2/28/2020 to reserve space.
Deposit must be received by 2/28/2020 to confirm reservation.
For those who have previously submitted deposits and wish to still attend this trip, please complete the new registration information ASAP to reserve your space. There is a section on the form to indicate that you have already submitted payment.
If you have previously submitted a deposit payment and do NOT wish to attend this trip, please send an email to email@example.com to request a refund along with your student’s name.
Note that students must be current with all of their music fees and obligations in order to participate in the Spring Trip.
Ways to Pay
Pay By Check: Please make checks payable to “South River Music Boosters” with “Spring Trip” and your student’s FULL name on the memo line. Place checks in an envelope with “Spring Trip” and your student’s name on the outside and deposit the envelope in the locked mailbox outside the Music office.
Pay By PayPal: Starting this year, you may make payments to the South River Music Boosters via PayPal. Please include your child’s name and Spring Trip in the comments/notes section. Please use the Family & Friends option to avoid additional fees.
The Music Boosters will be financially obligated on your behalf. The $150 initial payment is a non-refundable deposit and will only be returned in the event that the trip is canceled by the South River Music Boosters.
