Attire
The Jazz Ensemble concert attire is as follows:
Female Students
The women’s concert attire is black on black, a black blouse with either a long black skirt, black dress pants or a long black dress, with black socks, stockings and black dress shoes. Mr. Cavanaugh and the Music Boosters can make recommendations if needed.
Male Students
The men’s concert attire is a black dress shirt, black tie and black dress pants with black socks (and dress Shoes. Black socks must be crew length or higher (no ankle socks!).

Fees
In order to maintain a current library of jazz music, all jazz ensemble students will be assessed an activity fee.
Jazz Band Performance Group activity fees are $50 total for the year.
10% off if paid in full by September 17, 2025.
- $25 due September 15, 2025
- $25 due February 15, 2026
Payment Instructions
When submitting a payment, please follow these instructions to ensure that payments are credited properly:
- Write your child’s first and last name on the memo line of the check along with the purpose of the payment (i.e. Fall Fee, Spring Trip, meal, etc)
- Place all checks inside an envelope labeled with your child’s full name and purpose of the payment.
- If you wish to combine fees into one check, indicate that information on the check as well (i.e. band camp fee, fall fee, spring fee, etc)
All envelopes should be placed in the black mailbox outside the Music Department office or mailed to:
