2020 South River Music Spring Trip

We are sure that everyone has received notice by now that the AACPS Superintendent George Arlotto has cancelled all school system out-of-state and out-of-country field trips until further notice due to the situation surrounding COVID-19.  For additional school system related issues, more information can be found here www.aacps.org/coronavirus.

As hard as we were trying to make this trip happen, obviously that is no longer the case.  We were allowing students and parents to opt-out prior to the final cut-off date, which was Monday March 9 at 5pm.  Coincidentally that is the same day the decision was handed down from AACPS.  As a result, everyone will be receiving a full refund of their deposits and payments made.

For those of you who paid by check, those were not and will not deposited, therefore those checks will be voided and destroyed.  If you paid by PayPal, you will receive your refund in PayPal by the end of this week.
